Pourtant, aucune pr\u00e9vision globale du projet n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Le Maire r\u00e9pondra peut-\u00eatre qu&rsquo;une d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration cadre existe. C&rsquo;est vrai. Un texte de plusieurs pages mis aux votes en octobre 2021 d\u00e9taillant les bienfaits de la lecture.<br \/>Au d\u00e9tour d&rsquo;une phrase, on append que \u00ab\u00a0la mise en \u0153uvre de ce plan s&rsquo;accompagnera progressivement de moyens humains suppl\u00e9mentaires\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><p>Quiconque conna\u00eet le fonctionnement d&rsquo;une collectivit\u00e9 sait l&rsquo;importance de la ma\u00eetrise des ressources humaines. Or depuis octobre 2021 et malgr\u00e9 nos demandes, ce point n&rsquo;a fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;aucune \u00e9valuation.<\/p><p>En 2025 donc, 4 ans apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9criture du Plan de Lecture Public et malgr\u00e9 le lancement des travaux, il est impossible de savoir :<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: square;\">le co\u00fbt des travaux d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement,<\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: square;\">le nombre de postes en fonctionnement plein,<\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: square;\">les amplitudes d&rsquo;ouverture de chaque site.<\/li><\/ul><p>A chacune de nos demandes, il est r\u00e9pondu que tout cela demande du temps et qu&rsquo;il sera vu au fur et \u00e0 mesure les besoins en personnel notamment.<\/p><p>Cette m\u00e9thode a un avantage : sans budget initial annonc\u00e9, aucun d\u00e9passement de budget possible ! Pour la collectivit\u00e9 en revanche, c&rsquo;est une m\u00e9thode qui co\u00fbte cher.<\/p><p>Pour m\u00e9moire, le projet de mara\u00eechage g\u00e9r\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on similaire a conduit \u00e0
