Le 27 novembre dernier, la s\u00e9ance du Conseil Municipal<\/a> \u00e9tait en partie consacr\u00e9e au D\u00e9bat d’Orientations Budg\u00e9taires<\/a> (DOB). Le document servant de support annon\u00e7ait \u00ab\u00a0une ann\u00e9e charni\u00e8re, o\u00f9 les projets sont au plus fort de leur mont\u00e9e en puissance\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>

Tout au long de la soir\u00e9e, nous avons cherch\u00e9 la fameuse mont\u00e9e en puissance.<\/p>

En effet, le document lui-m\u00eame ne parle que de \u00ab\u00a0poursuites de dispositifs\u00a0\u00bb, de \u00ab\u00a0continuations de projets\u00a0\u00bb ou de \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9flexions sur le devenir\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>

Rien de neuf donc pour cette derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de mandat.<\/p>

En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 nos frustrations, le Maire nous r\u00e9pond par une liste de projets comme le dispositif Mur-Mur ou les chantiers jeunes. Nous les connaissons bien, c’est nous qui les avions mis en place. Qu’y a-t-il de plus aujourd’hui ? Le permis de v\u00e9g\u00e9taliser ! Il s’essouffle d\u00e9j\u00e0 avant d’avoir d\u00e9coll\u00e9.<\/p>

Soyons honn\u00eate, il y a aussi de beaux projets. Les tickets sport permettent \u00e0 tous de pratiquer une activit\u00e9. La reconfiguration des cours d’\u00e9cole est une chance pour nos enfants. En premier lieu et surtout, la construction du Centre de Sant\u00e9 et la conclusion d’un Contrat Local de Sant\u00e9 (et de sant\u00e9 Mentale) sont des atouts pour notre ville.<\/p>

Mais est-ce suffisant pour un mandat municipal ?<\/p>

Selon le Maire, Saint-Egr\u00e8ve est d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien \u00e9quip\u00e9 (c’est vrai). Il ne resterait alors plus grand chose \u00e0 faire. Peut-\u00eatre !
Alors nous avons men\u00e9 les \u00e9changes vers le site de l’ex-piscine des Mails. En effet dans le rapport d’orientation, il n’y a qu’une simple et laconique phrase \u00ab\u00a0poursuite du projet \u2026\u00a0\u00bb. Or c’est pour nous un point structurant de la commune. Plac\u00e9 \u00e0 un endroit strat\u00e9gique entre un parc, un p\u00f4le public majeur, des \u00e9quipements et h\u00e9bergeant d\u00e9j\u00e0 des activit\u00e9s associatives, sportives et r\u00e9cr\u00e9atives. Comment ne pas en faire un projet majeur !<\/p>

Pour 2025, aucune solution concr\u00e8te ne se dessine. Pire, avec l’exclusion du b\u00e2timent associatif, le projet devient une simple construction de logements. Inclusifs certes, mais tout simplement \u00e7a.<\/p>

En conclusion pour nous, l’ann\u00e9e charni\u00e8re aurait besoin d’un peu d’huile pour passer le cap.<\/p>

En attendant, l’ensemble de l’\u00e9quipe Proximit\u00e9 Saint-Egr\u00e8ve vous souhaite, \u00e0 vous et \u00e0 vos proches de tr\u00e8s belles f\u00eates de No\u00ebl.<\/p>
