Depuis f\u00e9vrier 2022 \u00e0 chaque Conseil Municipal ou presque, une d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration relative au projet de mara\u00eechage est soumise au vote. Au moment d\u2019imprimer ces lignes, le projet occupe la Ville depuis 2 ans.<\/p>

C\u2019est pr\u00e9occupant pour un projet relativement simple sur lequel la Ville ma\u00eetrise les \u00e9l\u00e9ments principaux : le foncier, le financement, les objectifs et les partenaires.<\/p>

C\u2019est pr\u00e9occupant pour la transparence de l\u2019action publique de manquer de lecture globale du projet : pour quoi faire, avec qui et avec quelles ressources.<\/p>

C\u2019est pr\u00e9occupant pour la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de la collectivit\u00e9 lorsque chaque nouvelle d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration pourrait s\u2019intituler \u00ab\u00a0Oups, on a encore oubli\u00e9 un truc !\u00a0\u00bb (abattre des arbres ou changer des zonages pour les plus r\u00e9centes).<\/p>

C\u2019est pr\u00e9occupant pour l\u2019avenir de notre ville lorsqu\u2019on se rend compte que le m\u00eame ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne se r\u00e9p\u00e8te sur de nombreux projets (le million d\u2019euro de r\u00e9novation de l\u2019immeuble de bureau \u00e0 Champaviotte par exemple).<\/p>

C\u2019est pr\u00e9occupant.<\/p>

Sur le fond, le sujet est int\u00e9ressant. Le d\u00e9veloppement de parcelles agricoles en milieu urbain peut apporter de nouvelles solutions aux probl\u00e9matiques actuelles. Une intention louable n\u2019accorde cependant pas un blanc-seing.<\/p>

D\u2019une part, le Maire engage plusieurs centaines de milliers d\u2019euros sur cette op\u00e9ration dont certains pour des travaux \u00e0 destination d\u2019un op\u00e9rateur priv\u00e9. En regard, il n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 produit la moindre \u00e9tude quant \u00e0 la viabilit\u00e9 d\u2019une telle op\u00e9ration.<\/p>

D\u2019autre part, la gestion de ce projet petit bout par petit bout questionne sur la v\u00e9ritable ma\u00eetrise du sujet.<\/p>

Bien que suffisantes, ces deux raisons ne sont pas les seules qui nous am\u00e8nent \u00e0 voter contre ce projet. L\u2019absence de prise en compte de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des d\u00e9placements doux en est par exemple une autre.<\/p>

Cette tribune est bien trop courte pour d\u00e9velopper tout ceci. Vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 nombreux \u00e0 nous solliciter ces derniers temps. En r\u00e9ponse, nous allons relancer les rencontres<\/a> sous forme d\u2019afterworks que nous avions mis en place pendant la derni\u00e8re campagne municipale.<\/p>
