CONTEXTE<\/strong><\/h6>

Lors du Conseil Municipal du 6 avril 2022, la majorit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente une d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration qualifi\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0d’extr\u00eamement importante<\/i>\u00ab\u00a0. Il s’agirait de \u00ab\u00a0structurer la politique de transition \u00e9cologique\u00a0\u00bb<\/i>.<\/p>

Nous avons donc \u00e9tudi\u00e9 avec attention les actions pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, notamment au regard du r\u00e9el impact qu’elles pourraient avoir.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Il s’agit d’un texte fleuve, comme la majorit\u00e9 en a l’habitude. On comprend de mieux en mieux le besoin de recruter de nombreux charg\u00e9s de mission : il y a du papier \u00e0 noircir.<\/p>

Le suspens quant \u00e0 la r\u00e9elle efficacit\u00e9 de ces actions est vite retomb\u00e9. De l’aveu m\u00eame des \u00e9lus en charge, ils ne cherchent pas \u00e0 avoir un impact concret, juste \u00e0 \u00eatre comptable de tout ce que la Ville fait. Et pour meubler les 8 \u00e0 10 pages, ils sont remont\u00e9s de longues ann\u00e9es en arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

En d\u00e9tails, la liste des actions laisse songeur quant \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 d’action de cette \u00e9quipe, m\u00eame sur leur domaine de pr\u00e9dilection. Entre la cr\u00e9ation d’observatoires, les divers labels comme \u00ab\u00a0Ville amie des abeilles\u00a0\u00bb ou la cr\u00e9ation de pelouses on a du mal \u00e0 voir d’\u00e9l\u00e9ments structurants.<\/p>

Un \u00e9change sur la LPO r\u00e9sumait leur fa\u00e7on de voir et la n\u00f4tre. A propos du label LPO notamment, alors que la majorit\u00e9 nous dit : \u00ab\u00a0On ne va pas ramener des animaux gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet axe<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0,\u00a0 nous r\u00e9pondions : \u00ab\u00a0nous oui, en installant des nichoirs dans le parc de Fiancey<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0. Incantation et action.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Il y a bien quelques actions concr\u00e8tes positives, comme les r\u00e9fections de cours d’\u00e9cole. Ceci dit, ce projet est ressorti \u00e0 toutes les sauces, on en parle presque \u00e0 chaque conseil. Quant on a un bon filon, on l’exploite !<\/p>

Quant au projet Champaviotte, nous pourrons en juger lorsque nous aurons quelque chose de tangible. A part quelques intentions et 2 ou 3 croquis, il n’y a pour l’instant rien qui puisse permettre un avis d\u00e9taill\u00e9. Pour finir la s\u00e9quence (du moins pour cette fois-ci), est arriv\u00e9 le \u00ab\u00a0Permis de v\u00e9g\u00e9taliser\u00a0\u00bb. C’est joli comme expression, leur a t’on dit, on croirait un tag sur un mur !
Encore un projet sorti du catalogue de l’\u00e9colo mod\u00e8le. Ce qui peut \u00eatre pertinent dans certaines villes l’est moins ailleurs. A-t-on tant de friches que \u00e7a \u00e0 Saint-Egr\u00e8ve !<\/p>\n

La Ville va donc confier des bouts de terrains aux habitants, pour les v\u00e9g\u00e9taliser et surtout pour les entretenir. Et lorsqu’on leur demande si ce sont eux qui devront venir arroser leur bout de parcelle tous les jours : la r\u00e9ponse est oui<\/a>.<\/p>\n

La politique d\u00e9veloppement durable est donc claire : l’essentiel n’est pas d’agir mais de s’agiter. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
