L&rsquo;enjeu est dans la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un service municipal.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Or c&rsquo;est bien ce qui nous pr\u00e9occupe : en majuscule, au feutre noir et dans ce journal municipal (mais nous pouvons \u00e9galement le faire en vid\u00e9o).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">En effet, le constat qui nous avait amen\u00e9 \u00e0 construire notre projet biblioth\u00e8que \u00e9tait simple : la biblioth\u00e8que fonctionne tr\u00e8s bien. Mais (parce qu&rsquo;il y a parfois un \u00ab\u00a0mais\u00a0\u00bb), de nombreuses \u00e9volutions sont n\u00e9cessaires pour l&rsquo;ancrer dans le pr\u00e9sent et pr\u00e9parer son futur.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Principalement cibl\u00e9s : les travaux de r\u00e9novation n\u00e9cessaires sur les sites de Fiancey et Rochepleine, ainsi que dans le b\u00e2timent principal de Barnave. Mais aussi des besoins d&rsquo;\u00e9largissement des horaires d&rsquo;ouverture, de collections renouvel\u00e9es, de collections \u00e9largies, d&rsquo;utilisation des b\u00e2timents comme des tiers-lieu ou d&rsquo;agencement plus adapt\u00e9 aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Tout ceci \u00e9tait pris en compte dans notre projet, avec par ailleurs un autre poids dans la balance : ma\u00eetriser nos co\u00fbts de fonctionnement. Et pour \u00e7a, vous savez que vous pouviez nous faire confiance.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Quant aux investissements n\u00e9cessaires, ils \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 financ\u00e9s sans recours \u00e0 l&#8217;emprunt, et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 plusieurs subventions \u2026 que Mr le Maire vient de refuser en annulant le projet.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Pour tenir les promesses \u00e9lectorales, l&rsquo;actuelle majorit\u00e9 a 2 solutions. Soit elle fait exploser les co\u00fbts de fonctionnement, et lance des investissements sans les subventions (qu&rsquo;elle vient de refuser). Soit elle maintient le service tel quel, malgr\u00e9 les constats largement partag\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Laquelle de ces mauvaises solutions sera choisie ? Un mix des 2 ?<\/span><\/p><p>En enterrant le projet de modernisation de notre service de biblioth\u00e8que, le Maire ne vient-il pas d&rsquo;en signer la progressive extinction ? Ou la fin de notre bonne sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re ?<\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal;
